Great Location with Some Room for Improvement
I recently stayed for a week in a two-bedroom apartment, and while the location was fantastic, the housekeeping could be better. The staff were friendly, but the breakfast options didn’t excite us. Pro tip, explore the local dining around the hotel for more variety!

Daily maid service could improve, grab bars in the bathtub would enhance safety!!! Staff dress code may benefit from a professional upgrade!!! Lobby can be chaotic with noisy groups!!! Guests should be cautious about room security!!!

missingWrote a review on 19 Mayslow check-inroom inconsistency
Checked in faced a sluggish 45-minute wait. Limited room keys might complicate things for larger groups. Not every room maintained quality-some show signs of wear, and hot water access can be inconsistent. Might not be ideal for light sleepers as noisy groups can spill over during busy breakfasts.

The location offers a great balance of accessibility to shopping and the Old City, while the living area was comfortably designed. The breakfast buffet stood out with a wide range of tasty options, including delightful ice cream. On the downside, daily cleaning was minimal, with only bed-making and fresh towels provided, which could be improved. Additionally, renovations were ongoing, impacting the overall ambiance of the place.
